Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know we are processing your order!
STORE PICKUP:
Orders are currently not available for store pick up.
LOCAL DELIVERY:
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 15km of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery within 48 hours.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days using Aus Post. Flat rate shipping fee of $10.00 applies to orders shipping within Australia.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES: All international orders will be sent Delivery Duty Unpaid. Additional charges (duties and taxes) may be payable upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or any shipping charge that may apply to the order. Payment of these charges is necessary to release your order from your local customs authority. Contact your local customs authority if you are unsure of the applicable charges related to your order.
If you refuse to pay these charges your order may be returned (if it is economical to do so) or abandoned. If the order is returned, we will refund your order minus any return freight costs incurred. If it is uneconomical for us to have your order returned your order may be abandoned and The River Warden will not be held responsible for any loss as a result of this occurrence.
